The new SQ-HF6.5 component set delivers high-end sound quality at a break though price point. Our factory direct to the customer sales model lets us take advantage of distribution efficiency to load these sets with state of the art features rivaling sets at 4-8 times the price.
 
We start with focusing machining costs to the inside of the magnet gap to build a high flux, low distortion motor.  An aluminum voice coil former with high temperature wire moves heat build up away from the coil. A five roll flat spider keeps the coil aligned and linear.
 
The cone is a pressed paper and linen composite with a water resistant acoustic treatment applied to the face. The cone and treatment extend the frequency range and heighten articulation of the upper midrange.  The surround is a light rubber for controlled edge termination while keeping sensitivity high.
 
The tweeter is a 25mm silk dome with an aluminum shorting ring, double magnet, low distortion motor design.  The cavity back rear chamber lowers the working bandwidth of the tweeter to enhance midrange timbre.  The copper clad aluminum voice coil wire lowers the moving mass and extends the upper frequency range to over 30kHz.
 
The 2nd order crossover features metalized poly tweeter capacitor with air-core coil.
 
The SQ-HF6.5 component set is a serious audiophile quality driver set perfect for making the sound quality upgrade every car needs but at a price easily accommodated by any budget.
